This caller left a harassing message on my home phone number and said I had 24 hours to contact them back, that they would be serving me with papers between 9 - 2 today. They have obtained my sister's cell number who is an amputee and in a nursing home and have continued to harassed her with numerous phones calls and threats. I do not know how they obtained her cell phone number or my home phone number. When I called them back I got a man who advised this was a matter from 1994 and the papers would be served and I had better be home to receive them. I attempted to let them know I was returning their call and he begin screaming and claiming I called him. I have never heard of these people and would like to know my legal options in this situation. They call me several times a day but only ever let it ring once and then hang up. I have 3-4 missed calls from them daily.

Say they are calling to take out lawsuit out on me for not paying back a loan, but all my loans have been paid back & I have the bank documentation to prove it.

These poele are relentless and it is clear that it is a scam. They have called and told me there are fraud chrges in CA against me and me or my lawyer needs to call them back. Whan I did you couldn't understand anything they said due to their accent and threatened that the sheriff would be serving papers to me and what serious charges were against me. Upon further research it appears these peole get your info through online payday/short term loan applications and try to tell you to send them money to pay off a loan you received. I never received a loan and they could not provide any info as to the company that was filing charges against me. They eventually hung up on me but continue to call me.

Who ever this is calls my cell with no message 20 times a day. When I called it back from my cell without speaking some women answers and one time she said Hello this is Christine but I don't know this person who is it and why are they calling without leaving a message or something.Want to know who it is or get it to STOP!

Have called 3 times during 5 hours, tryed to call back but get told the nr have been disconected? Any ide what nr that is??
